Joanna Akers, Manager of First State Insurance, is a native of Wyoming and has worked in the insurance business for over 20 years in various capacities. Becoming the Agency Manager in 2005, Joanna is currently licensed in Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota with personal lines, business, agriculture, casualty, life, health, property and credit life. Joanna is a 10 year member of 4-H, a life time member of Beta Sigma Phi, a PEO member, a Christ the King Lutheran Church member, and is currently active on various boards and committees throughout the Newcastle and Douglas area.
